Join the Ovarian Psycos for our monthly Luna Ride on Wednesday May 14! This ride is dedicated to Dia De Las Madres for all the mamasitas, abuelitas, nanas, tias, primas, hermanas..We will be ending at Corazon Del Pueblo for their monthly open mic Flowers of Fire!

*PLEASE NOTE: This ride is for womyn, womyn identified, queer, trans, gender non conforming individuals.

What to bring:
-working bike
-helmet
-lights
-patches, tools, tubes, pump (if u can)
-water
-money

We will be meeting up at the Highland Park Gold Line Station(in Highland Park)

Meet up time: 6:30
Roll out: 7:00

Join Las Ovarian Psycos this Friday October 18th as the Full Moon guides our path to healing. In honor of all womyn that have been victims of Breast Cancer & and Domestic Violence Los Ovarios del Barrio would like to dedicate this ride to all these beautiful & strong souls. We will be ending at the City Terrace Coyolxauhqui Stone where we’ll be engaging in a beautiful Full Moon Ceremony. Come with good spirit and an open heart and if you’d like bring some tobacco, flowers, or sage as an offering to Coyolxauhqui.

If you’d like to check the FAC out yo bike make sure these things are taken care of;
Frenos (brakes), Aire (air) , Cadena (chain)
Also, make sure your seats are well adjusted

Bring:
-water
-comfortable clothes
-lights (if you have any)
-helmet (if you have one)
-patches (if you have any)
-hand pump (if you have one)

It isn’t advised to eat a heavy meal before riding but don’t starve your self neither! Make sure you’ve eaten and/or bring snacks with you incase we don’t ride near spots to buy food from. Stay hydrated! Our bodies are our temples♥

Recent violence in Palestine has motivated us to create a ride in solidarity!We will be discussing what we can do here in the U.S. to help the Palestine Israeli conflict. We may not be there in person, but our power as consumers goes a long way.

We will meet up at Central Park in Pasadena on Raymond Ave (near gold line station) and riding to Corazon del Pueblo to watch Occupation 101, an informative film on conflict.
